Return Policy

1. In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo    products, you are required to return all the products.
2. All products purchased from www.shop.scoopwhoop.com, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
4. The product amount will be credited back to his/her bank / card account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
5. To schedule a return, please click on the "Schedule Return" section, which is available at the bottom section of the website. You would need to enter your registered email ID along with your order number in order to start the return/refund procedure. The Reverse Pick up facility will be made available and communicated to you upon initiating this procedure.
6. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
7. Online refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable
8. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace via your Scoopwhoop account.

What are the terms and conditions for refund? You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery. The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product and quality assessment.
